Tampa’s 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment-Rough Riders, Inc., a registered charity, will be hosting its 1st Annual Rough Rider Sporting Clay Tournament on Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Fishhawk Sporting Clays in Lithia, Florida. This Sporting Clay Tournament is a charity fundraiser to support Rough Rider and other Bay area charities. Fishhawk Sporting Clays is located at: 13725 Hobson Simmons Road, Lithia, Florida 33547. The cost for an individual to shoot in this event is $100, and entry includes: 100 Clay Targets, 100 shells (12 ga.), a shared Golf Cart, BBQ lunch w/ Drinks, and an Event T-Shirt (Teams of 4 shooters cost, $400.) Non-shooters are welcome to observe the event and enjoy the BBQ lunch ($30 – use of shared Golf Cart/BBQ Lunch, $15 – BBQ Lunch.) Event registration will begin at 8:00am on April 10, followed by a mandatory safety briefing at 8:45am, shotgun start at 9am, and BBQ lunch at noon.
